Purpose of the guide
Allow users to start using their @ edu.ti.ch email address.
Prerequisites
Be in possession of the document (issued by one's own servizi office or) "Data for access to e-mail schools - DECS Cantone Ticino" containing the initial password .

Mailbox activation
- Connect to https://gestione.edu.ti.ch
- Press " Login "
- Enter the " Username and password " (1) and click on " Submit " (2)
- Fill in the fields as follows:
- Current password (A)
- Enter the new password (B) respecting the following constraints:
- minimum 8 characters
- maximum 16 characters
- at least 1 uppercase character
- at least 1 lowercase character
- at least 1 number
- Confirm the chosen password again (C)
- Press " Submit "
