Prerequisites

To carry out this operation, you need to know your @ edu.ti.ch e-mail address and the respective password.

Procedure

1. Connect to the site https://mail.edu.ti.ch/hPronto
2. Enter your @ edu.ti.ch e-mail address and the respective password.
   
3. Once logged in you will see a screen similar to the following.
