Purpose of the guide

Allow users of cantonal and municipal schools to understand how to behave at the beginning of the academic year to obtain their @ edu.ti.ch e-mail address.

New post office boxes at the beginning of the academic year

Email addresses are automatically generated through synchronization between GAS , GAS -COM and GAGI with the PESCU email system.

During the summer break there is a large movement of teachers and a block has been introduced until the beginning of the academic year. Due to this block, new mailboxes will only be generated after removing it.

For this reason, all email creation requests received will be automatically rejected. If by mid-September the mailbox has not yet been generated and the data entered in GAS , GAS -COM and GAGI are correct, contact the office IT specialist to verify the cause of the problem.
