Purpose of the guide

This guide is aimed at teachers who have forgotten their NetworkID (or username).

Retrieve your Network ID

1. Connect to the website http: // servizi .edu.ti.ch
2. In the " NetworkID " menu (1A) press on the forgotten NetworkID (1B)
   
3. Enter the e-mail address (2) you registered with and press Request NetworkID (3).
   
4. Open your e-mail box and open the e-mail from cerdd.noreply@edu.ti.ch with the subject Request NetworkID for DECS IT servizi (4) .
   The NetworkID is indicated in the e-mail.
