Purpose of the guide
It explains to the user how to behave in case he finds himself with multiple active NetworkID and wishes to delete the superfluous ones.
Prerequisites
The prerequisites for deleting your NetworkID are:
- It must have been active for at least 24 hours
- It must have the EXTERNAL status
Deleting a NetworkID
The biggest negative effect of having multiple NetworkID is to be searched within the Microsoft Teams address book as it would have all the homonyms. In this case it is recommended to use the NetworkID . We apologize for the inconvenience.
- Connect to the site https: // servizi .edu.ti.ch
- In the menu section at the top right, click on login .
- Enter your Network ID , your password and press Identify me .
- Once logged in, go to the bottom of the page and you will find Delete NetworkID .
- Once you have clicked the Delete account button (4) , the following window will open:
- We enter the password of the account with which you have logged in to carry out the deletion operation. If the operation was successful, the servizi page will be logged out automatically and you will be returned to the login screen.
- At this point the request for deletion has been registered. After 7 days , all data will be permanently deleted from the system.
