Purpose of the guide
Instructs the user how to create an open meeting with the team and how to join it.
Prerequisites
To be able to use this feature, you must also participate in the experimentation of e-mail.
Video guide
Create a meeting in a channel
- Select Meetings > + New meeting .
- Under Select a channel for the meeting , select the arrow and choose a channel.
- Copy and paste the channel information into the Location .
- Add a description and select Schedule .
The meeting is now visible to all team members.
Join a meeting in a channel
- To join an ongoing channel meeting, select the camera icon
next to the channel name.
- Select Join > Join Now .
The meeting appears on the Conversations tab along with any notes or shared files.
