Purpose of the guide

Allow users to understand why a message may appear warning the user that Google servizi (and others) can be dangerous, and how to prevent it from appearing again.

Install certificates in Firefox

Firefox has an independent certificate management system.
To include the Swisscom certificates, the following steps must be carried out for both certificates (no matter the order of the sequence):

1. Download the two certificates listed in the introduction
2. Start Firefox
3. Open the "Menu" (1) and select "Options" (2)
4. Search for the word "cert" (3) and press "Show certificates ..." (4)
5. Click on "Authority" (5) and then on "Import ..." (6)
6. Search for the certificate, "click on it" (7) and press "Open" (8)
7. Validate the choice "Trust this CA to identify websites" (9) and press "OK" (10)
8. Click on "OK" (11)
9. Close the options by pressing "X" (12)
