This guide explains what to do if your electronic device becomes completely blocked.

Introduction

It may happen that an electronic device fails completely and any operation you try to do does not work.

In this case there is no solution other than to force the device to shut down, risking losing the information of the last activities carried out.

Procedure

If your electronic device is blocked, you can force it to shut down by holding down the acceptance button for at least 20 seconds.

If this procedure is not successful, the battery can be removed.

If this is not possible, for example with mobile phones or tablets, you have to wait for your battery to drain completely.
