Purpose of the guide

This guide tells the user how to go about changing who they log into Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise with.

Prerequisites

In order to use this feature, you need to:

• Own your own NetworkID (e.g. abc123@edu.ti.ch)
• Have already activated Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise

Why switch accounts?

If a Microsoft account is already present on your device, it is automatically taken during installation, therefore not proposing to enter the user. This fact creates the unfortunate situation of not having the Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise package active.

Switch Microsoft 365 accounts

To change your account within Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise you need to:

1. Start Microsoft Word 365
2. Select "Account" on the bottom left
3. Press "Disconnect"
4. Confirm by taking "Disconnect" again
5. Choose "Login"
6. Enter your " NetworkID " (eg abc123@edu.ti.ch) and press next
7. Enter the "password" of your NetworkID and press "Login"
8. Confirm by pressing "Yes"
9. Complete the process by clicking "Finish"

By modifying Word , the other programs of the Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise package ( Excel , PowerPoint , ...) will also be affected.
