Purpose of the guide

This document reports a known problem from Microsoft and explains how to fix it in Microsoft Teams .

Problem

Chrome version 80 users cannot access some apps on the Teams platform.

Behavior / symptom

After users have successfully entered their credentials on an app's login page, a continuous loop begins where the user is not recognized and is redirected to the app's login page.

Workaround / Note

Instruct users to use the Teams desktop client.
