Purpose of the guide
It explains to the user some simple steps to solve the most common problems encountered in MS Teams
Problems viewing content
In the scenario where you notice differences between the content displayed on one device compared to another, for example between the PC and the online version, just proceed as follows:
- Log out of MS Teams
- Click on the user icon at the top right
- Choose the item "Exit"
- Wait a moment and log in again by entering your NetworkID (e.g. email@example.com) and the respective password
