Within Microsoft Teams you can talk to all the users in the address book, but in certain situations it may be necessary to talk to users outside of it, for example with users of the Cantonal Administration, SUPSI, ...

This is possible provided that the other organization has authorized the functionality and that the user actually has an active license.
