Purpose of the guide
Instructs users on what to do if there is a problem with the STI touch screen when connected to a desktop computer.

It is necessary:

- Vocational schools: the contact person is the RIS
- Middle Schools: CERDD
Procedure
If the whiteboard touch does not work, even though the connections are correct, the following procedure must be carried out accompanied by the RIS .
- Go to the control panel and in the top right bar, search for and select “Tablet PC Settings”.
- In the "Tablet PC Settings" window you have to click the "Configure ..."
- Choose "Touch Input"
- On the desktop PC press "Enter" when the following message appears:
- On the interactive whiteboard, touch the screen with one finger
- Finally, on the desktop PC, press "Enter" to complete the configuration
